Bug Apple Notes: cursors jumps backwards every time I type the text in a table

Apple Notes has a bug while using the tables, that is driving me crazy: the Cursor Positioning keeps changing backwards, making impossible to write.

Whenever I type text into a table cell, the cursor automatically jumps backwards, disrupting the flow of typing and forcing me to correct the entry multiple times. This issue significantly affects the usability of the tables feature within the app.

It only happens when I write in a table. It happens both on the Notes app on the iPhone and on MacOS.

Anyone else has experienced it? I contacted Apple but - of course - no anwer.
