For some reason, if I go to the camera button on messages, tap effects, there is no Animoji button, and I want to record my face as an Animoji. Can you help me pls.

If your signature is correct and you have an iPhone SE, you can't make an Animoji, because the iPhone SE lacks a True Depth camera, which is required for Animoji. This means only iPhone's which use FaceID can create Animoji.
