Before I upgraded to 17.1.1 the entire image of the picture I uploaded for my contact showed when they called me. Now, after the upgrade, the photo is enlarged and not visible, it's VERY blurry. How can I fix this? Thank you.

I do not get the error, and am not aware of any fixes. It seems to be catch on n these forums. Question is, "Just how many people have reported this to Apple?"
Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

I just realized that the picture I had first used for my Contact was not physically stored on my phone and cloud, so I used a new picture that I took of her recently (it IS on my phone). Still same issue - enlarged and blurry. I understand only a short time has passed but just wanted to let you know.
Maybe go to your Contacts app and delete the picture of your contact from there (or save it to your phone first, if it's not on there already). Mine wasn't so I changed it to a more recent pic that IS on my phone. Same problem though.

Can I turn this feature off. I makes using the phone very difficult while my eyes adjust to the screen.
