eSIM Activation issues across networks.

Hello, I bought an iPhone 14 pro last year through T-Mobile with a payment plan. The phone was originally locked, but I paid it off and I can see in the phone settings that it is unlocked. I have transfered my number to two other carriers: Mint Mobile and Google Fi, both MVMOs using T-Mobile. I have tried, and failed, multiple times to transfer to Xfinity or USMobile.

There seems to be a persistent issue with esim activations on iPhones where they seem to not recognize that they are unlocked. This is what I was told by USMobile

Is this something Apple is aware of, do they have any plans to fix this? My phone is basically locked even though I have paid it off, and without a physical sim slot it is impossible for me to get around this.

"Unable to activate eSIM. Please try again."

I went to the apple store and they told me that I was still carrier locked by T-Mobile, even though my phone says "No Carrier Restrictions". I went to T-Mobile and they emphatically assured me that they unlocked it. They are both blaming each other and refusing to help, so I'm stuck in the middle with a bricked phone. Good job apple
