How do I get version of macOS Monterey 13, when my computer says it's up to date at version 12.7.1

My computer is set to automatically keep the OS up to date however it hasn't gone past verson 12.7.1

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.7

Monterey requires one of these Macs.
