my iphone changes volume by itself iOS 17 with AirPods

Hi so lately I’ve realized my volume is being changed. I listen to song at 70% then it changes to 30% and it sometimes go up and sometimes go down. Also it’s on AirPods Pro 2 on new iOS 17.1 yeah. I have adaptive mode off I used transparency and still happens and turned off loud sounds reduction too and many settings. My iPhone is just few months old and AirPods still on warranty same as iPhone. iPhone 14 Pro. I was restarting trying various settings nothing helped. By the way on macOS Sonoma this does not happen.
