Volume does not work when volume slider close to the bottom on iOS 17.0.2

I like to listen to my music really low when i’m sleep or taking a nap and I noticed that once you slide the volume bar any lower than shown in the images, the volume completely shuts off. Before iOS 17, you were able to hear sound until the bar reached the very bottom. I have this issue with my airpods 2 and airpods pro 2 as well. It's really annoys me because minimum volume level is too loud now. Is this issue fixable somehow?

I’ve been having this same problem for around 3 weeks now. Thought it just was just my phone since it was kind of old now, but I upgraded recently and I still have this issue with the Airpods Pro 2. It sucks cause I just want my low volume back for music when I head to bed. Tried many ways to fix it and no solution yet. Let me know if you find a way to fix it 🙏
