Help with iCloud Account
Hello everyone!
I am in a bit of a dilemma. In 2016 I got an iPad, but I was 9, so when I tried to set up my icloud account, it said I had to be 12/13 and over. So I put my dad's date of birth.
Anyway, fast forward 2017, I had to change my password, but I can't really go into detail about why. My mom changed it, and I have been wanting to access the account again, but she can't remember what she set the password to. So I tried to go on "forgot password" and answer security questions but it says the date of birth I am entering is wrong. I gave my iPad away in later in 2017 so after that, that's when I started trying to access my icloud account (specifically 2018 I think).
However, I tried so many times that they have locked my account. They won't even allow me to answer the security questions, they just keep sending me an email to unlock it (But I can't even log in to see the email because they locked my account, and I don't know the password so that's fun)
Anyway is there any idea on what I can do? I know it's a very ridiculous situation, but I really want to access my icloud account, as it has all my backups like pictures, apps and other things. My country doesn't have an official Apple Support Centre but there are quite a few solution centres and licenced resellers. Do I go to them? Do I call apple? What can I do?
Thank you in advance!
