iPhone notes disappeared !

all my 100+ notes on my iphone 11 pro max are deleted , I've checked

-under recently deleted , nothing

-my mail account was connected to the notes and I tried shutting my phone off completely and turning It back on and , nothing

-on my storage it was 2GB under notes but none of my notes are appearing and now it says theirs not GB

-i dont have icloud backed up like ever, but these notes where important for me ! all my important information was on there ideas, etc.

-i tried updating my phone to ios 17 to see if that works and nothing

-dont think its a storage issue because I have 8GB of storage right now
