Apple IDs fot who lives in two different countries

I'm split between two countries, Brazil and Sweden. I spend about half my time on each place, with frequent trips every 2-3 months.

My original Apple ID is from Brazil. What can I do to have access to the Swedish Apple Store? Do I have to create another Apple ID? How should I do that and keep all my Brazilian apps?

There are multiple applications, and a lot of content, that is not available on each of the countries. (Brazil's official Driver License App, multiple Bank and Payment apps, Games, etc.

It is too much of a hassle to change Regions on the Apple ID every time you travel. You have to lose all subscriptions, end all payments, lose all your iCloud data, etc.

Is there a way to be flexible about this? Maybe 2 Apple IDs on one phone (each with a separate credit card, for instance), or flexible Region Apple ID, for traveling, or anything like that?

Please help me with information on what and how to do it.

Thank you.

You are correct that changing an AppleID’s region is definitely NOT something you want to do routinely. (not even semi-annually)

As far as mobile devices go; the fundamental design architecture for iOS/iPadOS devices is single user.

You personally CAN have multiple AppleIDs, (i.e. one for each region.) … they just can’t be on the same mobile device simultaneously.

While you can “fairly easily” change any mobile device from one AppleID to the other, it’s still a cumbersome process - taking maybe 30m - and DEF not a “quick swap.”

It’s not something you’d want to do routinely every day, and probably not even weekly.

The most flexible method for you is likely to simply have separate iOS devices … each configured for one of your regional AppleIDs. This assumes that you desire to have both of your “regional AppleIDs” readily accessible year-round.

If year-round ready-access to BOTH AppleIDs is NOT a “hard requirement” … then “shifting devices” between your two regional AppleIDs might be an acceptable - “reduced hardware requirement” - solution.

Im in a very similar situation (I have a Swiss Apple ID, but live in Brazil about 6 months per year). For now I only missed out on the VIVO app (thankfully Claro and Tim don’t discriminate, the NuBank app neither). But I was planning to get a BR driver’s license, that would be s serious problem if I can’t install the necessary app.

Please let me know if you find a solution that doesn’t involve carrying multiple phones.
