I’m trying to upgrade my iCloud to the 0.99 or 2.99 option and it does not give me any option for those subscriptions. It only gives me three options which are the 3 highest prices iCloud subscriptions. Why is that?

When I go into my Apple ID though my settings, select iCloud, and upgrade to iCloud+, it only gives me the 3 highest iCloud subscription price options. I’m trying to select either the $0.99 or the $2.99 subscription and it’s none existent on my end. I’ve even tried to sign out of my Apple ID and force reset my phone and nothing changes. What is going on with this? Anyone else going through this issue?

Company-Owned Device:

Is this a comply-owned device? If so, you may have to go by their options only.

Reveal your Options:

So what do you see exactly when performing the following?...

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: [your name] (top item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Manage Your Plan
  5. Tap: Upgrade to iCloud+
