My Appstore still says I am apart of family sharing even after I left

I left family sharing, but I can't change my region on the app store because it still says the operator of family sharing has control over it. I already signed out of my Appstore and signed back in, updated my device, so I don't really know what to do. Any suggestions?

What happens to apps and subscriptions when family members are in different countries? I live in the United States and am head of a family group on Family Sharing. Most of the rest of my family currently lives in Brazil. After multiple attempts, they continue to not be able to access the same content I can access here, or (in the case of Apple TV+) are being asked to pay for individual purchases just the same as if they weren’t part of my family unit. Is this correct? If not, is there a way of fixing this so they can access the same content I can access here?

Family share different countries I live in France and my family lives in Turkey. We have a family share and i cannot download certain apps because of reagion&country restrictions. Do I have to leave the family share to be able to download these apps?

It says we are in a different country or region. What does that mean? when we try family sharing it says we aren’t in same country or region
