“Added playlist” meaning?
What does “added playlist” mean at the bottom of your playlist on apple music? Does it mean one of my friends added my playlist to their library or they added a song from my playlist to one of theirs?

Means they added the playlist entirely to their library.
if your playlist is public, then adding the playlist is not just limited to your friends
