When I upload stories recorded in 4k or 1080p and 60 fps they are compressed to 30 fps and very several low quality. Wi-Fi or cellular data and the result is always the same. iPhone 15 pro Max.

I have the same issue on iPhone 14 Pro with 17.1. The quality of video stories are terrible. For comparison, on my XS with iOS 17.0.3 everything is ok.
Similar issue with my iPhone 14 Pro. After iOS 17.1 update, all my Instagram stories are noticible blurrier than before. Very annoying!
