I got my MacBook 5 days ago and now a new MacBook model has been released, how can i exchange and get the new MacBook

Hi people, i tried contacting customer care and they are saying product return / product exchange is not possible.


The new model is available at the same price as the previous model and i kind feel like being cheated, what should i do

You cannot exchange; Apple doesn't do exchanges.


You have 14 days to return it for full refund. Do so and then buy the Mac you want. Be aware, Macs, and other devices, are superseded with regularity. Before you know it, they'll be another more "advanced" model to dream about.
