When I click on the link to add the ticket, all I get is the message that safari cannot download the file. What am I doing wrong?
I too have tried all that. But Texas roadhouse gift certificate will not load via Safari.

Yep, hate to say it, but I went on eBay and bought a cheap Android phone for $45. Worked like a charm on Android. Taking my kids to an NFL game was too expensive/important to leave to chance/hope that I could get in with the Apple issues.
Yeah, thanks. Have done all that. Cleared cache, used different browsers, used different devices, etc…. Same result across the board.
