Credit card payment cancellation
I canceled my order for iPhone 5 Oct. But my credit card is still charged for the order I canceled. When it cancel a credit card payment?

Use your order number to verify the status of the order. Is it really cancelled? Did you cancel it after it had shipped?
If no help, you should be able to "dispute" the charges on your credit card.
