How do I cancel my Apple Card due to unauthorized charges?

I want my card canceled because of I’m being billed for something I did not approve.

How can I cancel and refund a payment in Apple Card? I am being billled monthly for an app that I don't believe I signed up for and is being billed to me on Apple Card. I do not want that to happen any longer. I believe that Total Adblock is a scam that is being helped to perpetuate through my Apple Pay. Please block future payments.
