Transfer to new phone

Upgraded from iphone XR to iphone 15 Plus. My cell phone service is not working on my new phone. Photos did not transfer to new phone.

Photos might take a while to transfer. Are any of the photos on your new phone?

For cell service, contact your carrier for instructions to activate the new phone.

Transfer iPhone 7 to IPhone 12 Already transferred info from iPhone 7 to iPhone 12, then found out iPhone 7 has to be software 16, found out it was discontinued for software upgrades 15.8.3, can’t make phone calls out, but does receive phone calls is there any fix to cellular data that is the one that needs to be updated from iPhone 7 to work from iPhone 12?
