Iphone 14 screen is causing eye strain and other serious issues like dryness

I switched from Android Samsung phones to iphone 14 but after using 1 month I observed there is unusual eye dryness and strain, in few years back i have used iphone x but never-faced such problems with any phone, i found few other blogs where people are discussing similar topics. Could anyone suggest any solution except to switch to different phone that anyway i will do if problem persists
