Suddenly, my iPhone 13 Pro turned off. I have charged it with an official cord and it just stays on the apple logo, loop. I tried factory resetting it, but I get an error (5) code via the computer.
Have you tried a forced restart? If no, try that one first

I’ve tried multiple times to force reset by pressing the volume and then the main button and nothing occurred. With the error (5) issue would it be best to use a Mac rather than a windows pc?
