Anyone got error 4013, still can find a solution to restore Iphone to its factory's setting?

Anyone got error 4013 after using Itunes , still can find a solution to restore the Iphone to its factory's setting? I already forced to restart my iphone 6, but it remains frozen, only display the Apple logo for a few seconds when plugging into charger or my laptop then back to the black screen again. The computer does not recognize the iphone when it's plugged in, neither it is charged by computer or the power charger?! I did use the third party software named Woo Techy Iphixer to hard reset it but still failed !
