the mic of my airpod, model A2031 doesnt work . the firmware version is 6A300. the airpod is fully charge. I have reseted it twice but still no joy. does anyone got an way of fixing it ?

yes, I tried that as well with no luck. The iPhone is now on the latest version as well😞. Wierdly ennough I have an other pair of iPods and it does the same . I will be trying on an other iPhone to determine if it is the phone or the iPods

We understand you're having some issues with your AirPods microphone and you've already tried resetting. To narrow things down, with your AirPods in, tap Settings > Bluetooth and tap the "i" next to your AirPods. Then scroll down to Microphone. If it's set to Automatic, try setting it to either Left or Right and test, and then test the other side as well.
