MacBook Pro 2019 awful performance and lags

Hello guys.

For all of you who have Macbook from 2017-2019 with discrete graphics card - I have a question. I bought mine (2019 16inch) two years ago (top end i9 32 RAM 1TB amd5500 8 GB). But all these two years I've been noticing incredible lags on Catalina. For example, laggy scaling of even the simplest applications (notes, messages); constant brakes and jerky animations in the system itself (while minimizing applications or scrolling safari pages on YT); my macbook awakes from sleep for 10-15 seconds (when i open the lid), and the most critical thing for me, when I am working in the Logic for 30 minutes or more (on even a light project that does not load the system at all), the loggic itself and the whole system become terribly laggy. Even using the touchpad is difficult because of animations and gestures lag. In order for these terrible lags to stop, you need to make a reboot and then everything works more or less again (not smoothly, but at least it is possible to work with). All of this happens in high-performance graphics mode (in the battery settings) and repeats both when connected to the network and without it. If I uncheck the "use high—performance graphics" menu, everything also slows down (probably because animations are processed by an integrated one and not a discrete graphics card), but you can use the computer somehow, because those terrible brakes come only when using a discrete one. Such a strange and not smooth workflow on such a mac is very sad for me. Can you guys tell me, have you ever had such problems? Do you think I have a factory defect?

P.S I've tried all the systems from catalina to sonoma. Every system was laggy and not smooth. I dropped nvram and SMC 10 or more times. I installed the system both from the harddrive and via Internet recovery. The mac does not heat up more than 70 degrees Celsius. But different visual artifacts are constantly appearing (red squares instead of the animation of opening the application or, for example, replacing a piece of wallpaper on the desktop with a black square before the reboot)

thank you so much in advance for your help.

Can you run the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.

First of all - thank you for the answer. Im very sad that my mac works so bad that my stock 13' macbook pro from 2015 works much much smoother then my 2019 mac. I tried Apple Diagnostics and it said ADP000 (which is like no error as i understood). I will try the programm u said and i will reply to u. I have AppleCare for Enterprise, and if we wont see anything that can solve my problem, I want to go to apple store. Excuse me for asking so strange question... What do You think they can do with my mac? To be honest, after so many tries to detect the issue, I want them just to give me another mac(

P.S i tried all possible versions of mac os. even latest sonoma (this one works so **** bad that i instantly went back to catalina)

Im a dj, and Rekordbox is my licensed software for djing. I know what to do, I’m having my show right now (I have a 4 hour set), so when I’m done I will instal completely new Mac OS (Catalina) and I will run our program again, to make it detect the problem. All the lags are in completely new system too from my reinstall experience. Am I right ?

p.s anyway, for this month I be reinstalled whole system about 10 times. And those Audio plugins are certified and meant to make me able to play music in big speakers with FXs. My friends (djs) doesn’t have problems like me with lags (having cheaper macs)
