Apple tv 4k with an Philips BDM4065UC won’t go into 4k

My apple tv won’t go up to 4k when using the apple tv. I tried 3 different cables (high speed and 8k and regular), and reinstalled the apple tv.

but nothing seems to fix this issue

It’s a 2014 model TV with HDMI 1.4, that’s probably why. You need a TV with HDMI 2.0 or better.
