Taking my credit card off games

I need to cancel my subscriptions to a lot of games my kids put on my phone. My credit card keeps getting charged and I need to change that.

Stop in-app purchases from charging my card on Apple ID, keeping the things I already paid for. My little brother bought stuff on a game and didn’t have money so it’s tryna charge me for it I would like it to stop charging my card and let me download the game I would like everything that was paid for to stay on and everything that wasn’t to be removed [Re-Titled by Moderator]
