I can't cancel the Fling AI Character & Roleplay App in any way and I keep getting charged monthly on my credit card. I need to resolve this as soon as possible.

For a subscription made with an in-app purchase that is managed by Apple, those are easily cancelled by following the steps here:

It is when a subscription is made with the developer directly that it is more difficult to cancel as that bypasses Apple's ability to manage the subscription. In that case, you must contact the developer or visit their website to cancel the subscription. If you are unsuccessful, then you may have to dispute the charge with the card being billed.
I did it out of the apple store. I sent an email to support@pixerylabs.com, and they said they will cancel my subscription and try to cancel the undue charge, but I am very afraid that this will not happen. My credit card company said that they cannot intervene in the cancellation, that it has to be done directly with the company with which the service was contracted. I signed up for a subscription for a week, the charge was deducted normally, but after that I could not find a cancellation option, there was only the option to delete the account. I cannot afford to keep paying $25 a week and I do not know what to do.
