So when I put an app on always allowed on screen time it always turn off and I can’t access it for no reason can someone help me on this?

Some Apps are restricted to be used only in certain countries. Verify and change, if required, the region of your device in Settings > General > Language & Region, and modify the region accordingly to the App showing the restrictions message.
