Screen time not working properly

I'm using screen time blocks and app restrictions on my daughter's phone but they are always OFF when I check them. I re-did the screen time setup and still the same issue.

Screen Time is not working properly in iPhone I have set up screen time limits for my two teens and the settings worked for a while. Their phones would shut down when they were supposed to and they couldn't access restricted apps and websites. Screen Time Why is apple screen time not working? I’ve chatted and talked to Apple with no help. It looks like my child can ignore downtime and app limits. The app limit categories keep coming back after all the times I’ve tried to delete and set it up again. I’m so frustrated that this isn’t working and Apple cannot help. I got a new phone, deleted and set up screen time again, updated, turned off phones, toggled everything on/off.

Why does Screen Time reset after turning off iPhone? I have set the screen time for my son's iphone. When the time is up he can simply switch off the phone and when turning it back on the blocked apps are open to use for about 30 seconds. When he opens an app during that time the screen time does not block it. Device is iphone SE, update to ios 18.3.2. did not resolve the issue. Any views how that glitch can be adressed? We understand you've noticed that Screen Time restrictions are disabled on your daughter's iPhone. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.

Make sure you've set the Screen Time passcode to something different to what you usually use. Just to make sure that the settings aren't being modified by her: If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
