Flashlight and Camera use simultaneously is not working on my iPhone 14 pro max.

I tried the priously suggested answers on taping the flash icon and selecting ON in the video setting- no effect.

i tried turning the flashlight ON, then turning the camera - it turns the flashlight OFF.

I tried turning the camera ON first and then swilling down and turning the flashlight , this function is greyed out.

Hi Magnolia027,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

With flash and and flashlight not working, it would best to start removing any cases or attachments that could be causing an obstruction. Make sure your device is updated to the latest software version for the most recent performance fixes and test both the front and back camera.

Remove case, accessory, or film and test
1. Remove any case, accessory, or film that might block the camera or flash or that places a magnet near the camera.
2. Test the camera by trying to take a photo.
3. Test the LED flash:
4. Try the flashlight in Control Center on your iPhone or Control Center on your iPad. On an iPhone X or later or an iPad, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen.
5. Tap the Flashlight button Flashlight icon.
If the flash works only sometimes, open the Camera app and tap the flash button   to choose a different setting.
configuration profile, including a Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile, can disable the camera.

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support

Regards.
