2x Cinema Display for Mac Mini 2014

I have a late 2014 Mac Mini running dual monitor already, one non apple into the HDMI and the apple cinema 30 inch with the apple adapter, love it. I can buy another apple cinema 30 inch and another adapter and hook it up to my mini since it has two thunderbolt. My plans is to upgrade in the future to M1 mac mini to eventual a Mac Mini Studio. Am I going to need two sets of adapter?
