i have factory reset my devices many times and it didn’t update the firmware or totally get rid of this spyware.. i have a ransomeware and malware controlling all my devices at this point. someone told me i am not going to get rid of this until my ex and his friends get arrested .. due to the ‘power’ or ‘high ranking they all have no one will help me. i contact the fbi and they don’t answer me. i feel like they may be responding or trying to but they get blocked. my calls and texts are monitored due to the sim swapping. i never backup any of my data and i have lost so much data due to this but i know i will be bringing it to the iphone again so i always reset to new. This is so defeating. i’ve watched all the videos on how to stop hacking and how to get rid of remote connections, etc. but becos they have been allowed to do this for so long.. they are embedded in my phones and router. i’ve bought all new devices down to smart tvs,laptops, ipads, phones, etc.. and i cannot get rid of them. i’ve even tried to reach out to developers of my hacked apps and showed them my iphone analytics showing that im hacked and nothing. i do appreciate your response and your advice. thank you

thank you for your reponse. I cannot back up anything on my computer at home or anywhere i frequent due to this targeted malware RAT device that my ex and law enforcement are using to stalk me. I always check for extra profiles in settings and browsers as well as calendar. A lot of apple pre installed apps i cannot access or it says ‘cannot access the server’. No one besides for myself has access to my iphones and ipads and i never jailbreak any of my devices. I was able to use apple devices fine with no issues prior to my ex and i splitting in 2020. The only thing i can do is keep taking my devices to apple to run diagnostics and factory reset them at the store and wait for the amazing moment when they take these idiots down. Thank you for your help though I do appreciate It, unfortunately everything anyone suggests to me i’ve already tried and i have limited access to my personal devices.

I also have reached out to the app developers in apple. Not sure they are doing anything because I haven’t heard anything.

My devices won’t update properly, if at all. My browsers don’t update even when i uninstall and reinstall and try to lock down the security settings to private browsing and it still keeps the cookies in private. I’m so over all of this.
