Locking activation of my iPhone

Hello! Fraudsters fraudulently blocked my iPhone and extorted money. Since I have the original and restored receipt from the store and the box from the phone, I refused to send money Scammer. I contacted support with a receipt, but today Apple engineers refused to unlock it. They recommend contacting the police although I have neither the number nor the name of the scammer. If you can help with anything, I can provide all the data on the iPhone and Apple ID of the scammer. Thanks
