I want all the custom dates, besides birthdays and anniversaries, of all of my contacts to show in the iOS calendar? For example, I want to be reminded of my contact’s wife’s (who is not in my contact list) birthday. How do I go about this?

The only dates that the contacts will auto-populate to the calendar are birthdays and, I think, anniversaries. Anything else you need to enter directly into the calendar as a recurring annual (or whatever cycle) event.

I have contacts with no phone number - I have created additional dates (besides birthday and anniversary) in the contact profile for things like a child or spouses birthday and other special dates that I need to be reminded of (e.g. the date my mother won an olympic medal). But all these additional dates is not reflection in my calendar. Is there a setting I must change or will calendar not pick them up. Then I need to find an alternative solution. But I really do not want to create “empty” contacts.
