How do I view all contact dates

How do I view all contact dates, such as birthday, anniversary and other custom dates in the iOS calendar? For example, I want to be reminded of my friend's child's birthday

Unable to do a quick search for a contact’s birthday date in the Calendar app post iOS 18.0.1 Hi everybody! Formerly there used to be the possibility to do a quick search for a contact’s birthday date in the calendar app just by typing the name in the calendar search. Now after updating to iOS 18.0.1 this is no longer possible. Birthdays figure correctly in contacts AND in the calendar, hook is set to birthdays in iCloud, but no results when using calendar search. Other user describes same experience. Is it a bug? Or are there reasons why the feature could have been eliminated? Thanks for sharing [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iPhone not showing contact birthday notifications I want my iPhone to show notifications when it is a contact's birthday. I have set contact birthdays in the Contacts app. I can then see these birthdays correctly in the Calendar app. I want to get ONLY birthday notifications, not other Calendar events. My settings are set to the following: Within Calendar apps • All calendars unchecked except for Birthdays Settings > Apps > Calendar • Default Alert Times: Birthdays, On day of event (9AM) Settings > Notifications > Calendar • Allow Notifications: On • Alerts: All styles checked • Banner style: Persistent • Customize notifications: All unchecked (As no birthday option is available) Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hello rcnunn,

If you have different calendar categories set up and want them all to show in the Calendar, you can do so by selecting the Calendars option at the bottom of the app then check the calendar categories you want to show.
