Macbook Pro 2019, apps crashing

Hi, I have Macbook Pro 2019 16 inch, and for some weeks now all my apps crash unexpectedly.

Among them - Lightroom, Photoshop, Visual Studio Code, Photoscape x. Also websites doesn't load and crash both on Chrome and Safari.

I updated to the latest macOs Ventura, and when that didn't help I erased my entire mac and reinstalled macOS!

Now I installed those apps from scratch and still - Lightroom keeps crashing.

I have 16GB RAM and only Lightroom and Chrome running simultaneously for now.

Have no idea what to do or how to solve this. Please help, I'm a photographer and need to work.

Subseqent to upgrading macOS, restart your Mac in the usual manner. If the crashes continue to persist contact Apple: Official Apple Support. You did everything reasonable to address the problem.

Although I doubt it is related to the crashes I recommend uninstalling the "AppCleaner" product. At the very least, disable its "SmartDelete" function. That will keep it from interfering with your Mac's operation.

Hello, It is happening to me as well since Nov 2023. The apps get crashed randomly and the worst part is that sometimes the OS gets crashed as well. Initially, I was using macOS Ventura and the crashing started happening within that period.

I consulted some tech guy around my town and he told me to upgrade my OS to an updated version and this eliminated the problem but as soon as I updated this to Sonoma which is currently the latest build available, it kept apps and even OS crashing randomly there too.

I tried hard to understand the cause of the issue but nothing seems to work out. Maybe, there is some underlying hardware that is causing this crashing. My doubts go with the health of the hard drive built-in.

The same issues have begun for me. On the same model computer, too.

It started with three apps downloaded from the App Store - one crashed immediately upon opening or trying to use it, and the others varied between immediately or randomly in the background.

Then Safari and Chrome began doing the same thing. I could use them but at random times they would crash and then repeatedly crash when trying to re-open.

OS and all apps are up-to-date.

I had our work IT team look over it and the problem seemed isolated to the user account. The crashes weren't happening when logging in as a guest or when I created a new account.

No idea what was causing the issue but am now just working through setting up the new user account.
