MacBook Pro (2019) apps are crashing

Hi everyone,

I recently posted a question about an issue that I'm having with my Mac Studio (hardware issue), and it seems I'm also having problems with my MacBook Pro laptop. I'm a photographer and when I edit, my Lightroom app and others crash frequently, and my drives even got ejected. I ran an EtreCheck report and I'm hoping someone might be able to shed some light on what I need to do next to fix this issue.

I uninstalled Google Chrome because I was told this can cause issues, anyone have recommendations for a safe browser for apple products?

It mentions a Time Machine Backup and I'm not sure what to do with that information. The report is attached, any help is greatly appreciated!

The current version of MacOS at this writing is Ventura 13.2.1 you appear to be running 13.1.

In order to NOT spend time and energy chasing issues that may have already been seen and solved, please update to the current version of MacOS FIRST.

¿what is the date of your most recent backup, and by what method?
