I have changed my voicemail message using Phone App/ Voicemail/ Greeting.
This changes the message that callers hear if they "hold on" until the Greeting kicks in.
However, if I decline the call when it is ringing, the message that callers hear is my old message - the details of which are now incorrect.
How do I change the Greeting that is saved in the system and is provided to callers when I have declined the call?

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Voicemail. Only one who be being used, AFAIK.
