Application download

I’ve updated my payment information twice and still cannot download application. It’s is still giving me the same payment error, why and please help

Did you also check, if the delivery address is correct?

In case all payment informations are correct from your side, you should contact the official Apple Support and ask them to look for the issue from their side.
