i recorded a audio recording and i when i finished i just turned off my phone and than went on with my day but than i come back and i cant press the options button or press play, i can only delete and recover it, it gives an option to enhance it but it doesn’t play even when you press play… i restarted my phone multiple times and it doesn’t do anything, everything is up to date

Given the length of the recording, it is possible if you turned your phone off immediately after finishing it, it was not done saving and may be corrupted. If you choose the option to recover the recording, does that give you a playable file?
If not, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support to take a closer look.

Same thing happened to me, though I did not turn off the phone.
I have old recordings, and newer recordings. They work.
And in between this one that I really need, that won't start. I see a length, I can move the time bar (dot), I can delete and restore. But that's it. Not play or share.
Maybe the sound file is damaged somewhere in there? If so, how could I get i out?
The iPhone is updated and the memory is not overloaded, lot's of space left.
