Hey there Liyank,

We'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some basics:

  1. You mentioned updating your Mac to macOS Sonoma 14.0, along with restarting your Mac, but we're not quite understanding what's happening with Google Chrome. Are we correct in understanding it no longer shows installed in the Applications folder on your Mac? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand exactly what's occurring.
  2. Are any other apps having this issue? If not, we recommend taking the steps here: If an app on your Mac stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open While we understand that it doesn't describe the exact issue occurring, we still recommend the steps listed, including contacting the app developer if more help is needed.

Cheers!
