Apple Notes Cursor Glitch When Typing

I first noticed this glitch on my laptop but now it seems to have transferred to my MacStudio as well. I use tables in Notes to keep track of working design projects and noticed that the letters, numbers, and characters will start to randomly shuffle out of order creating gibberish. This is super frustrating because I have to go back and retype, sometimes several times because the cursor keeps jumping forwards and backwards. I have all the latest updates cross platform and all have the same issue. Please help!
