I just downloaded Rover for dogsitting and there's no option to turn on push notifications when I open it in my settings. It doesn't show up in the "Notifications" area in my settings, and when I go into the individual app settings, there's no toggle for notifications (see screenshots). Any tips on what might be happening or what other settings I can check to modify?

thanks for the input! yeah that's part of the problem, when I go into Settings > Notifications, Rover does not show up there.
