Notifications problems

Hello I’m trying to turn on notifications for Roblox but the option is not popping up what am I supposed to do?

Newly downloaded apps not showing push notification toggle in Settings I just downloaded Rover for dogsitting and there's no option to turn on push notifications when I open it in my settings. It doesn't show up in the "Notifications" area in my settings, and when I go into the individual app settings, there's no toggle for notifications (see screenshots). Any tips on what might be happening or what other settings I can check to modify?

If you go into settings there is option for notifications, from there you can control notifications of all the apps. Find Roblox there are allow notifications for it.
