After updating my phone, some of my text message received and sending to other appeared as email and #@tmomail.net. I even went to setting, message, change to send and received message using phone number only, but still having issue. This only occurs in certain list of recipients on my phone.
How can i turn it back to normal?

I had this problem with my wife's iPhone sending me e-mails from {unique_intl_phone#}@{carrier_domain}. I tried the same changes as you mentioned above, but to no avail. Then I discovered her "Do Not Disturb" option was on. When I turned it off and tried sending a text from her phone to mine, it started working normally again.
One bonus from the experience is that I learned how to send a message from my email to someone's phone via text, using {unique_intl_phone#}@{carrier_domain}.
