Fake app subscription and payment method failure

Hye 

Actually I mistakenly got subscription of a fake anki app and the moment I subscribed my payment method started failing. I’ve deleted. the app, cancelled the subscription and mailed the fake app too but I’ve received no response. Is there any way Apple can cancel that subscription and remove it from my pending payments. I’ve tried to reset my payment information but it is failing again and again. Also I don't have any other payment method.

Please delete the anki subscription from my pending payments as I dont wanna pay for the fake app and help me restore my original payment method
