iPhone 14 plus blacklisted before the purchase date

Based on what you're saying, I'd hazard a guess you didn't buy the phone from Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Reseller. There's a thriving black market for iPhones in Dubai and often people come here because the iPhone they purchased in Dubai wasn't even manufactured for that market. If your phone was blacklisted, there's a good chance it was either a stolen (yes, it could be brand new) phone, which was blacklisted before you purchased it.

Apple had nothing to do with this, nor can Apple get involved in this. You'll have to work this out with the carrier directly.

Hello ~ I would respectfully have to disagree about where you bought it being reputable as the ratings are not good at all. I think that you bought a phone that had be stolen and now carrier locked. Contact your carrier as suggested or try and get your money back from the outfit you got it from. Good luck. Also remember you are being helped by volunteers and to be appreciative.

What's not clear from the article is who, refunded the customer. It didn't say Apple did. It didn't say who did at all.

I can find nothing which suggests this noon is an authorized Apple Reseller and what little research I've found greatly contradicts your assertion they are very reputable.

I do hope they will make you whole here. Apple won't do anything however.

Apple is not a carrier. Apple has nothing to do with blacklisting. Only the carrier can blacklist the phone. Your issue is with the carrier.
