Display Turns on Automatically on MacOS Sonoma
Hi, ever since I upgraded to MacOS Sonoma, my mac (Macbook Air M1) turns itself on at any time, even when the lid is closed, it randomly turns on and drains my battery, is there a solution to this?

Troubleshooting Sonoma Finder Problems:
By your description, it sounds like a software glitch. So, do two things...
A. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Inform Apple of your feedback of this issue. Include how you’ve troubleshot this, and your results. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive from its users, the more likely they will know what needs to be fixed, and what their customers prefer in updates, and future macOS versions to come.
then...
B. Reinstall the macOS:
Nothing would be lost. It's just that misplaced items would be placed back to where they should be and corrupt system files would be replaced by clean files. Go Here: Reinstall macOS - Apple Support. To prevent data loss, be sure to Back up your Mac with Time Machine, prior to the reinstall.
I will try this, thanks, also, I have noticed that my mac doesn't always detect that the lid is closed, and sometimes even when the lid is closed, it turns on the display
