Any fix for iPhone 14 Pro Max getting too hot to hold after the update to IOS 17.0.3 that was supposed to fix overheating issues?

It is annoying as it was meant to fix overheating and it just made it worse

After turning off live activities for instagram it seems to have improved. I already had background app refresh turned off for it. Might help.
