How do I get all my photos in contacts from an old phone that I lost?
I had my phone stolen and I want to see if I can get all my contacts and phone numbers and pictures off the phone to this new phone

If you synced with iCloud, everything can sync again. If you backed up your device, you can set up your new phone using your backup (it’s one of the selectable options). Barring either of those, you cannot get the data.
